Non-Refundable Fees: All course registrations are non-refundable. This includes any and all fees from payment processing or related charges, which are also non-refundable.

No Refunds: All course registrations are non-refundable.

Free Cancellations Before 48 Hours: You may cancel your registration without charge if you do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your course.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours: If you cancel your registration less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your course, or if you do not attend the course, you will be charged the full amount of the course fee.

Limited License: Upon registration and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes related to the specific course you enrolled in.

Prohibited Actions: You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any Course Materials in any way without the express prior written consent of EMTA PLLC. This includes sharing your login credentials with others, recording or distributing course sessions, or using course content for commercial gain.

No Guarantees: While we strive to provide valuable and effective training, EMTA PLLC does not guarantee any specific outcomes, professional qualifications, or employment opportunities as a result of completing our courses. Individual results will vary based on effort, aptitude, and other factors.

8. Conduct and Behavior

You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during all in-person and online course interactions. EMTA PLLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a course, without refund, whose behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Basis: Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
