. You must be 16 years or older to enroll in this class.
. 18 years or older for our clinical partners do not allow younger students to participate in the required rotations.
. A current BLS Healthcare Provider or Professional CPR card.
*Can be obtained first day of class.

What does an EMT do?
.Responds to emergent and non-emergent incidents that involve victims of illness or injury
.Performs scene size-up and orders additional resources at emergent and non-emergent incidents
.Provides emergent lifesaving care to victims of serious illness or injury
.Provides non-emergent patient care and inter-facility transportation
