Class Structure This is a blended learning course, requiring students to read chapters and take quizzes and test on their computer and come into class on class days The class is 72 hours in person for lecture, skill, and practice. Class times and Schedule START DATE 2/16/2026 END DATE 4/11/2026 Inperson Times (starts 2/21/2026) Saturday 1:00pm-3:30pm Sunday 1:00pm-3:30pm Graduation Day April 11, 2026 Emergency Medical Response is a dynamic 72-hour course featuring lecture, video, simulated emergency situations, discussion and hands-on skill practice based on the national EMS curriculum requirements and educational standards. This course is ideal for people wanting to receive training similar to the training EMS professionals receive as they look to enter careers in healthcare, public safety, or law enforcement, trail guides, ski patrol, overlanders, ect. Audience Professionals in emergency medical care who may be responsible for initial assessments, the provision of safe and prudent care, and the transport of a patient to the most appropriate healthcare facility. Prerequisites Participant must be certified Adult and Ped - CPR.
